Mixed Berry Jam Recipe ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿซ

This is an easy recipe for homemade Jam, you can use any type of berry for this, I had a mixture of berries but often I only use raspberry or strawberries for this.

Ingredients
๐Ÿ“400g Berries
๐Ÿง300g Jam Sugar
๐Ÿ‹ Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)

Add the ingredients to a saucepan and cook on medium heat until the fruit and sugar have both dissolved and reach a thick but runny consistency.

Allow the jam to cool at room temperature before storing in the fridge in an air tight sterilised glass container. This will last for up to 2 months when stored correctly.

You can use this jam for sandwiches, cake fillings or even topping scones ๐Ÿ˜‹super delicious!
