What a waste! Paper towels are too dam expensive to be using for that purpose.. Why not just separate the meat from skillet and drain…then you can separate the fat from the liquid to make gravy..🤷🏽
Wtf is this "draining grease" business? Most of that is water that'll evaporate on its own. More importantly, the fat has a lot of flavor and nutrients. This is why they say us whites can't cook, cuz of this nonsense right here.
I use a huge spoon 😂 I scoop out most of the liquid and leave about 2 Tablespoons for Flavor 😊 I save the rest of juice/grease to cook breakfast potatoes, corn, green beans, make gravy 😋 It's Delicious and I do keto so the Grease doesn't harm me since I don't eat sugar 😁
Well, that works, but u waste paper towels and the grease! What I do -> put a colander in a aluminum pie tray, put meat in the colander, one tray catches the grease. Reuse the grease on my dog's food a little at a time. Or it's buried in a hole outside .

I use a colander.
Scoop some out first you don’t need to waste so many paper towels
Oooooooooor keep it
You need to wait until its clear, otherwise you lose flavour.
Use it as a fire starter.
All that good artery clogging grease good for gravy. Yummmmmmy LoL
I do this
Or you can not waste all that paper towel and use a strainer -wife
I always pour it down my sink
Can I use that grease for lubricant? Just curious 😅
Use a turkey baster to get most of the grease, then you only need to use one or two paper towels.
Do you know how many grease fires.you are about to be responsible for?!
Been doing this my whole life
Drain? You just keep stirring until it either binds to the meat or evaporates. That ain't nothing but fat and water
You never drain grease from Taco meat! Add your seasoning in and enjoy. SMH
Put it on pet food for a nice treat, don’t waste it
Strainer.
I always put a plate over the pan with a slight gap and then pour it into a mason jar.

How about a turkey baseter
Don't drain the grease, let it cook down and into the meat again.
Man now you know.
That’s not grease!!! That’s water! Literally cook it another 5 minutes and it’ll evaporate and turn the beef crispy!
But I can’t afford paper towels lol it’s going in an old can and in the garbage
Those of us who actually know how to cook just use lean beef for things like tacos.

I have a strainer.
This is the dumbest way I have ever seen, to many things wrong with this method to list
I have a strainer that I use. Because the price of paper towels. 😢
Can’t be serious thinking this is a ‘new’ idea lpl
Yummy to eat, paper towels covered meat, nothing like lovely side of chemicals to eat as well
Everybody knew that…
Lazy drain it
Most paper towels have formaldehyde in it
Dont buy store bought meat you wont get that greece problem 🍻 go farmin or go home
Strain & save. Its rendered beef fat.

Fat is an essential food group, only way to absorb vitamin A D E n K…ok
Bro just realized the other day he could soak up grease with a lot of paper towels? Backstreet hillbilly boy.
You could also save the grease to make gravy
We don't drain it in my family we reduce it with heat it adds 65% more flavor to any meat dish
I spoon excess grease out with a spoon. Paper towels are not free.
Turkey baster and an empty jar paper towels are too expensive lol
Try sliced bread! 1 its just as easy, 2 you can feed the bread to wildlife and 3 no paper mites in the meat!😂😂
I put it in a drainer

Just put it in strainer
Oh wow, that exactly how I do my taco meat. I through that I was the only one that did it that way.
That's beef flavor you're soaking up man. Definitely didn't fry the beef in the fat for any caramelization. I feel bad for your taste buds
