Three cocktails at home is my limit anymore because I have a problematic wrist that sticks when pouring. I present, the double cheese half pound everything bagel burger with a full caramelized onion.
This shit took me 90 minutes to make.
Sharp cheddar x2, the result of a full white onion cooked down, ketchup, mustard and pickle. Not too shabby. Love my toaster oven for broiling the cheese on both sides.
