Ingredients:
500g skinless chicken thighs
3 corn cobs (charred)
1 head broccoli (blanched)
3 rashers of bacon
Radishes, spring onions, parsley for garnish
Sumac, lemon, garlic, and mustard for the dressing
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken with cumin, paprika, tahini, and Greek yogurt.
Char the corn in a hot pan and cut off the kernels.
Blanch the broccoli.
