    Where are you getting that 180° steam from?

    Looks nice, make a Beurre Blanc sauce with that and it would be next level

    Blanched asparagus is nice, too. Drop it in boiling water only until it starts to cook. Maybe 3 min. Remove and drop into an ice bath. Stays crisp.
