Nectarine Cobbler by Fbeezy 1 Comment Fbeezy 11 months ago **Ingredients:*** 1/2c. unsalted butter * 1c. all-purpose flour * 2c. sugar, divided * 1tbsp baking powder * pinch salt * 1c. milk * 4c. fresh nectarines * 1tbsp lemon juice * ground cinnamon or nutmeg**Directions:**Melt butter in a 9×13″ baking dish and preheat oven to 375º.Combine flour, 1c. sugar, baking powder & salt, add milk and stir until just moistened.Pour batter over butter without stirring.Bring peaches, lemon juice and remaining sugar to a boil stirring constantly.
