I’m shocked right now. Just made the lemon berry Bundt cake and something in it made me break my back tooth molar wide open. I bit down and felt my tooth literally crack open. Felt like I bit into a tiny rock. I swallowed the piece on accident, the piece of my tooth as well in shock.
What can I do like what..

There are tiny seeds in the berry jam that are hard but this seriously was so hard I felt my tooth crack. I’m at a loss for words right now
I was flossing my teeth once and a piece broke off. It was on a molar and very weird. No other issue with the tooth. I’m a regular dentist goer. I went to the dentist and had it fixed the next day. I’d definitely recommend the dentist to fix it.
