Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
10-12 big size mushrooms
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 1/2 cup spinach chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomato chopped
1 tbsp parsley or oregano
2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio
3-4 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese or any processed cheese
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs ( optional)
How to :
🍄 wash and clean mushrooms and dry them properly
🍄 pop their stems out and chop them really small and keep it aside for filling
🍄 For filling add butter in pan , heat slightly and add minced garlic
🍄 after 30 seconds add onion and sauté till light brown then add chopped mushroom stems
🍄add some salt to taste and some pepper
🍄 After 2 minutes add sun dried tomatoes add spinach and parsley and mix well
🍄Then low the flame and add cream cheese ,pine nuts and chilli flakes and mix well
🍄take out all mixture in a bowl and add cheddar cheese , check for seasoning
🍄preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
🍄 stuff the filling in mushrooms and top with some bread crumbs
🍄bake for 15-20 min , broil for 2 minutes and serve hot
