Very colourful day of eating – 1250kcals, 72g protein

    A can of tuna + some veg and a large peach are not pictured here! I had blueberries, golden grapes, green grapes, 1 peach, 2 plums, and strawberries. I had spring mix, baby carrots, and a veg mix with broccoli, black beans, and edamame. The sandwich has turkey breast and the dumplings are chicken cilantro. In the last photo, the fruit is sitting on top of vanilla yogurt with chocolate protein powder 🙂
