Ingredients
1. Soy protein powder (True Nutrition’s) – 60g 2. Ice 3. Water 4. Pumpkin pie spice 5. Pretzel salt 6. Adame protein puffs – 20g 7. Vanilla flavoring (is optional because it’s already in the protein powder)
To make the post-workout protein pudding bowl, start by mixing 60 grams of soy protein powder with some ice and water. Stir the mixture until it reaches a thick pudding-like consistency. Once the texture is right, add pumpkin pie spice for flavor and a sprinkle of pretzel salt for a crunchy texture. For an extra crunch, mix in about 20 grams of Adame protein puffs. The result is a thick, protein-rich pudding that feels more like a meal than a shake.

But too much protein accelerates aging 🙁

60gr of protein is enough for the whole day for most people, plus you have the 20gr from the puffs… that’s to much, workout or no workout…stresses the kidneys and liver, there’s no benefit in eating to much protein only disadvantages. We are a society obsessed with proteins… we should be obsessing about other things, omega 3 for example. Reduce the protein in the recipe by 60% and it’s perfect, this ,of course, is ok if this is not your only meal. Sounds delicious by the way…
