  1. I actually had to cook alot for someone going into stomach surgeries not too long ago and I made a similar dish with tuna pate, although not every ingredient (raw onions etc) works I can highly recommend it as something both digestible and non obstructive. Very healthy and tasty and best of all, pretty easy.

  2. Mmmmm, this looks delicious! And so easy, really idiot-proof (which I, being an idiot, appreciate). What a gorgeous meal for an oppressively hot and humid day, when cooking just doesn't sound like any kind of fun. Thank you, Albert!

  3. Add chopped boiled eggs and bacon and it’s next level. I also add chopped dill. It’s brilliant. You can grate cheese on them and bake them for 7-10 minutes in a hot oven too. Add chilli to the mix first and heat fix. Lots you can do to vary this recipe up 🔥🙏

  4. Oh this looks very delicious. Great lunch meal. Thank you for such a great idea.

  5. I would suggest not squeezing the avocados. Just push on the stem. And/or buy them green and test in your own house 🙂

  6. I HATE onions in salads like these as they're just way too overpowering…
Celery's a better way to get that crunch & adding shredded carrot makes it moist. Chopped pickles or cheap relish is also nice, along with the salt, pepper & parsley.

  7. Good recipe. But if it was being made for company, two batches. I wouldn't touch the red onion tuna salad no matter how good it was. I don't know about Spain, but considering onion is the least favorite vegetable in the U. S., survey says, best to let company choose. Onion breath or so-so breath🤔..

  8. Had something very similar in Bermuda 30 years ago with crab instead of tuna. The tuna sounds great for something different for lunch. Anything with avocado is on my yes list.

  9. how long can you store the oil from the tuna? also, is ok to mix it with oil you previously saved?

  10. Very nice except I'd need about 10 of them if I was going to feel like I'd eaten anything substantial.
