    Ahh! Looks amazing! Last weekend, I had a bunch of fresh apples and made a butt ton of cinnamon apple eggrolls. Some homemade spiced whipped cream on the side, it was awesome. I do believe this weekend I will try this cannoli idea. They look amazing!

    Garnish should be edible and additive and plating should not be subject to servers dumping things around by mistake. But otherwise, I’d hit it.
