I just made the crispiest chicken nuggets I’ve ever eaten. They are so delicious and so simple.

1 156g can chicken meat (can use leftover chicken also as long as it’s cooked)

1/3 cup shredded mozza cheese

1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix this in a food processor. It’s going to look like a sticky paste. (I know I know…. Sticky paste sounds disgusting but trust me on this)

Air fry at 400 for 20 mins. Carefully turn them half way through.

That’s it! They are so flavourful on their own but are also good for dipping. They satisfy the crunch cravings too!

    No egg? I tried this before with egg in it too but it was just hand mixed and I thought the canned chicken made them weird. I’ll have to pulse them next time see if they turn out better.
