    I see people using velveta alot on here. I never thought of it as a healthy option but here we are. Is it just block velveta or pre sliced? Or something completely different l?

    The pre-sliced are what I use. It’s a bit high in sodium, but you can’t beat the cheesy meltiness for the calories.

    all of the velveta slices i see are 45 calories. what is this 35 calorie one?

  4. Egg. It’s always egg. Try being allergic to eggs and fish. Breakfast is impossible at normal breakfast joints.

    I’ll just have a BLT. With Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
