    For sure!!!

I would slice those and throw them in a bottle with some garlic and whatever herbs and spices you like and fill up with distilled white vinegar or another if you like

You can dilute with water if pure vinegar is too much.

I wouldn’t do a recipe where you cook these with a bunch of other verges and then purée, for that purpose this may be a little small

  2. Add garlic onions and mangos and you have a delicious sauce.

Throw a little onion, garlic, these peppers and yellow bell pepper in a pot. Sauté with a little oil for 10 minutes. Add vinegar and a little sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend and season with salt and whatever you want. Bottle it. Simple fresh hot sauce recipe

I’d suggest mixing in some others too. Not much ‘juice’ in the thin skin of a habanero.

Yeah, I freeze lots of peppers and often cook little 8 oz. batches of sauce from those.

For peach habanero sauce, with your quantity, I’d cook 5 habaneros with like 3/4 cup of peeled and chopped peaches in a small saucepan. Once it’s all soft, I purée with enough vinegar and lime juice, until it’s a saucy consistency, plus some salt to taste. If it’s hotter than you like, just add more fruit. It’s not a ton of sauce, but it’s tasty!

You could also do a nice pepper vinegar if you wanted.
