For the team challenge, both teams had to set up a dining table to Ramsay’s specifications, the winning team were treated to massages but the losing team had to clean silverware and set all 100 tables in the dining room before service.

That, "i thought cold water was supposed to boil faster than hot water" blows my mind😂😂 even if you're not a "chef", how does that logic work ANYWHERE? Smh

Wendy- ELIMINATED- 18 service mistakes (took time with the pasta, water wasn't boiling because she added cold water because thought it would boil faster, critic thought her lobster was chewy and didn't likespaghetti, needed Ralph's help, didn't know how to use a thermometer, delay with meat, long times, lost in the meat station lamb was overcooked for critic,, sauce wasn't boiling, said she saw it bubbling and irritated chef by giving pathetic answers)
Andrew – 10 mistakes, 6 service errors (let Ralph interfere with his dish with the peaches, lied to the chef, disgusting dish, missed the point, reviewer didn't like his risotto and thought it was a mess, risotto was so salty that the customer vomited , the chef responds
Jessica – 6 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (barely knew how to describe dish, tasteless, lost point, argued and needed Ralph's help, disorganization)
Ralph – 3 mistakes, 2 service mistakes (gave the idea for the peaches, slipped and fell

Jeff – QUIT- 20 mistakes, 17 service mistakes (separated from his team, left a hot pan and Elsie got burned because of him, delay in preparation, pasta without lobster in the pass, needed help from Michael, said he never he was in that situation, started shouting and making excuses, long times, slowness, didn't control his station and blamed Michael, continued to repeat that it was his first time, he didn't cook anything right and continued to argue with chef, communication, said that he gave up, called Gordon an asshole twice)
Jimmy – 4 mistakes, 2 service mistakes (boring dish, lost point, irritated chef because of raw chicken)
Chris – 2 mistakes (cauliflower couscous, lost point)
Michael – 2 service mistakes (helped Jeff, critic didn’t like his risotto)
Elsie – 1 service mistake (burned her hand with a hot pan that Jeff left)

Mary Ellen – ELIMINATED- 14 mistakes, 13 service mistakes (glasses together, soggy and flavorless risottos came back and delayed the kitchen when challenge was about finishing first, forgot tuna because didn't hear the order and made chef wait, long times made team have to redo the entire table
Andrew – – 14 mistakes, 12 service mistakes (glasses together, insecurity with menu, used a paper to remember, wrong garnish on pass because he got confused with the order, communication, delay with the garnish because he forgot endive, spinach and pumpkin, table had to be redone, it took a while for the chef to respond, it delayed the entire kitchen)
Ralph – – 2 mistakes, 1 service mistakes (glasses together, made a glue for Andrew to remember the menu)
Jessica – 3 mistakes (difficulty setting up the table, glasses together, liquid from the frog splashed into her eyes
Red team: 26 mistakes (7 service mistakes) – WINNING TEAM
Jimmy – 10 mistakes, 4 service mistakes (difficulty with napkins, chairs were not aligned, dish not placed correctly, finger marks on plates, clumsy with the glasses, knocked glass over a few times, cold garnish on the pass, talked back to chef, kept dancing like a ballerina)
Elsie – 8 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (difficulty setting the table, chairs were not aligned, dish was not placed correctly, finger marks on the ducks, almost vomited by the pigeon, difficulty with the oven temperature, delay with the dough, times inconsistent
Chris – 4 mistakes (I was throwing the cutlery, chairs were not aligned, plate was not placed correctly, finger marks on plates)

Ralph has a sneaky streak, he should have owned up that the peaches was his idea.
