6 oz feta (block preferred)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1. Blend above ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Dump whipped feta into a shallow bowl and spread into an even layer.
2. Top with fresh veggies such as cucumber, zucchini, tomato, bell pepper and olives.
3. Make a seasoned oil with:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4. Drizzle seasoned oil over veggies & dip. Serve with chips, pita or crackers.
