It was very good. Probably too early in the season for me since it is still in the 80s, but liked it. Maybe add some crackers or something for a little variety.

We love that one. Made it a few days ago but some of the potatoes we received were bad so we added a few other potatoes. Very good. We had it with some homemade salads and HF garlic bread (I always buy it when it’s $1).

I always extend this soup (so we can have it again) by adding a canned loaded baked potato soup (Progresso makes a good one) and some half and half, adding extra potatoes and cheese and usually bacon bits too. It’s a favorite as cooler temps arrive!
