High protein buffalo chicken dip 🔥🐔
Ingredients (per serving)-
– 4oz of shredded chicken, cooked (used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken)
– 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheese
– 2 tablespoons of whipped Greek cream cheese
– 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
– 1 bag (32g) of Quest Nutrition Chili Lime Chips
Instructions:
1- add shredded chicken to a microwave safe meal prep container
2- add all soft cheeses and hot sauce, mix well with a spoon
3- before serving, remove the lid and microwave for two minutes
4- recommend serving with Quest Nutrition chili, lime, protein chips or the veggies of your choice
