Easy Fegato Alla Veneziana

Ingredients:
– 2 tbls extra-virgin Olive Oil
– 2 tbls butter
– 3 cloves garlic
– 2 med white onions sliced
– 1 pound calf’s liver cut up
– 1/2 cup white wine
– 2 tbls white vinegar
– 1 tsp salt & freshly ground pepper
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1 tbls dried or fresh thyme
– 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
– pinch sugar
– 1/4 cup parsley

May be served with polenta & green beans. Serves 4.
