    MIL requires well done steak. I no longer cook steaks when the in-laws come over. FIL is pissed. I just can’t do it.

    too rare for my Grandmother! Prime rib was pot roasted in a bad way. can’t blame her raised in the Depression….but it took me years to actually appreciate beef in its many forms. not all had to be grey and boiled
