Sano-San recipe shio ramen with my pork shoulder chashu and 38% hyd noodles

I hit up Way of Ramen's channel for some recipes I haven't made and I've had an eye on this shio ramen.

Pork shoulder was on sale for $1/lb ($2.2/kg). The muscle tube on the opposite side of the shoulder blade makes great chashu.

Pretty good ramen.
