Here is my humble setup, it’s not much, a hand me down medium egg, no frills, in desperate need of a tune up. But this humble egg has fed my family of 4 and my neighbors for 3 days in the middle of this terrible storm. It has boiled water for coffee and tea, it grilled hamburgers the first day when we thought we would be without power for a day or so, it made home fries and fried apples for the kids to keep their spirits up over these long days. Tonight it’s simple grilled chicken and broccoli with baked potatoes. I love this old grill for the good times and happy memories but I will be forever grateful for it today.
