Chuck roast for pulled beef is in my opinion the best bang for buck and tastiest beef cut you can try. Chuck is still an affordable cut of beef and very much still underrated.
In this video I’ll show you how to prep your chuck, season it and smoking it hot n fast to create the best pulled beef you have ever eaten.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching and see below for equipment I use to make my videos and the gear I use in them.

The anti-clockwise snake… a bold move!
Yes sir. Great timer this vid 😂
Next level. Absolute champion 👍
I'm guessing a plain old chuck roast from Coles/Woolies would do the trick?
Smoke some weed whilst your meat is smoking. Taste's so much better when done.. 🎉🎉🎉
His beer timer is slow by half.
you are a legend!

I've never had pulled beef. It looks delicious!
Haaaang on a minute….
I thought you WERE the priest… but then the priest was there…. And before that there was two of you!?!? What kind of tomfoolery is this 😆😆😆 awesome video mate! Now I need to see you all in the same shot 🤣

Love your videos.
I love smoking up chuck roasts! AKA The Poor Mans Brisket. I will have to try adding butter next time for sure. Cheers from Oceanside CA mate!
Mate you have me in tears laughing luv your channel not like my X, i try most of your recipes :))
Nicely done. Have you ever considered having the Priest cook a meal? When I took a bite in my mind, I got happy.
I have started using the double click when using my BBQ tongs and I must say it has elevated my bbq-ness to a level previously un-achieved . I think it's time now for me to utilise the snap method when putting on my nitrile gloves and I seriously think the sky will be the limit meat wise . All the best Schuey 👍
Agreed flexible metal is the best invention since tinfoil!
Love the beer timer, good on ya Schuey!
The world is complete..A pair of Schuey's
A 10 cook beer? I'm there, so, ummmmm, something.

Thanks for the vid mate it was foodgasmic 😇👍👍
I used your longer beer timer…and…I forgot I was smoking my chuck roast. In fact I don’t remember yesterday.
Beef and….smut! Two of my favorite things.
Hey, love the clips. Just wondering how you do the snake method and not get fuel tasting bbq? Cheers
Hey Schuey, absolute killer of a recipe. Just cooked up a Chuck roast today using your method, and tastes amazing.
Can you use real hardwood charcoal for smoking in a kettle grill?
2 Schuey’s, dangerous world this one 😂
Seriously going to have to try this one Schuey havent tried pulled beef & that looks great.. Also do you sell those shirts you wear??
Why do you use a wooden skewer and not just the metal temp probe to test resistance?
Hey mate, love your stuff and you’ve helped me heaps with the Weber. I’m a newbie.
I’m cooking for 1 so I was thinking the 1.2 from Coles. Do I still allow for the same cooking times as the video or do I just keep testing with the temp probe? Is it okay to take the lid on and off to keep testing? Thanks again for the great work you do.
