Reverse searing at +-360c (680F). Next time i'm gonna sear at 400c (800F)

    I also grilled a Tomahawk yesterday 😀 i got it to 52c internal at 120ish Celsius. Then searing at 250ish. Was still pink inside but could have been just a touch less cooked.

    Yours looks amazing! How did you Grill it?
