Everything about this was great! I really enjoyed this.
I love couscous and even enjoyed the zucchini! Not usually a zucchini fan but I loved the panko and Parmesan cheese added. Gave it a nice crunch!
Excuse the coloring of my sauce! I didn’t clean out the pan cause there was some seasoning left on it and I just kept it for the extra flavoring. I thought it was great! The seasoning along with the buttery-ness of that sauce was super yummy!! I was a bit hesitant cause I didn’t like this seasoning on a previous dish but thought it tasted so good with the chicken.
I would definitely get this meal again!
