It’s refreshing to see non-diet foods like avocado, oil, and homemade bread. When I used to eat high volume foods that were diet variations of things I craved, i found my cravings increased. Much like you, I now eat two meals until I feel satiated and then call it a day 🙂
That’s one tablespoon of guacamole? Not half an avocado?
