Using Australian lamb, US Wagyu, local milled corn tortillas and local shredded cheeses to make the BEST herb crusted quesadilla for my meal to take home.

Smoking a cig and eating taco bell after I fell asleep for the delivery.

The amount of hot dogs, barely cooked frozen pizza, cereal and Coca-Cola I ate while in the industry could probably yield some kind of scientific discovery. As the fortitude of a young man’s stomach and body has likely never been tested to the degree in which I did. I’d go through a 12 pack of coke a day, two packs of cigarettes, a gram of dabs a day and at one point I ate franchetta frozen pizzas for 33 days in a row. 1 frozen pizza a day. Nothing else.

I met a guy that worked at a super fancy restaurant in San Francisco in the 90’s. Spent the night, was served in bed the next morning homemade blueberry pancakes on plates warmed in the oven. Everything about him was yummy.

I eat alot of hotdogs and macaroni and cheese. I cook for the most popular Italian restaurant in the area. We did 398 resos last Saturday.

  9. The bow legged walk from chafing after standing 14 hours a day six days a week was accurate for sure.

People tend to avoid what they do at work when they’re home

I don’t wear my pants on the thighs, however … That final walk though – really hits home for me. 🙂

Buddy if mine worked in a fantastic place, they would very often send their dishie to Taco Bell after shift (they’d buy him his food for going). And then go drinking of course. The real dinner. 😋

No way! I never see anything about this movie. The company I work for distributed and marketed it.

Stuart a life backwards with Tom Hardy and Benedict Cumberbatch. One of me and my wife’s favourite movied. Funny and truly tragic.

This is the best thing the company has ever put out tbh, we make a lot of true crime documentaries now but this was peak, although we mostly did distribution and marketing back then, we were starting to produce our own and our company helped this movie come to light.

I practice my culinary artistry at home by adding an egg and kimchi to my ramen

That’s often even more than what I’d do for breakfast. Breakfast for me is usually:

-Use the microwave to thaw 1~2 slices of bread I got out of the freezer.

-Slap a pre-sliced piece of cheese on there.

    -Done.

Oh, yes, after 12h-16h shifts I usually finally turn off my bone broth at home and make myself a 6 course meal, including an amuse bush. And then its time to go to work again
