Apple Strudel – or Apfelstrudel in Germany – is perfect fall dessert. Filled with juicy apples, chopped walnuts, golden raisins, grounded cinnamon and sugar. Best is enjoyed with our homemade vanilla sauce!

• Apples can discolor easily so I pour them with extra lemon juice on the cut apples.
