I posted my food for the other day and got some questions/interest in my breakfast. Here it is. Just 1 egg, 150g egg whites fried in a pan.
And then half a sweet potato and some peanut butter and cinnamon on top.
I swear by this combo. It’s a great balance of protein, fat and carbs. The carbs are slow digesting so they keep me full for the first few hours of my work day. 😌
