I found some conflicting info, especially about the Roederer 244. When do these four reach their peak?

The eiswein and TBA can outlive both you and I. Given good storage, they should go 30+ years easily. Tig should age 20 years easily, potentially more. Don’t have enough champagne experience to give advice on the Roederer.

Roederer is the entry cuvée. Not made for aging, but can probably go up to 5 years without problem. I have seen people drinking 20 year old ones, but it’s not to my taste. Tignanello around 30 to 35 years I would say, after that it changes too much into the tertiary flavour profile (but some people love that). TBA and Eiswein can go for 100+ years. All depending on personal preferences and storage conditions of course.

The Tignanello and the two Germans can easily become twenty years old, while the champagne does not benefit from getting much older than 5-7 years old. I would drink it while waiting for the other to get ready to be uncorked.

That TBA is a great wine from a fantastic vintage. It will age beautifully for the next 50 years. I have been to that plot of vineyard and it is beautiful.

Both Molitor and Dr. Hermann are excellent quality. Make sure, and these specific wines really evolve with age. Make sure you like aged wines before you put them aside for a decade or two.
And if you don’t have the facilities, then it’s better to drink them “young”.

It’s pretty much a good order from left to right with geometric progression 5, 10, 20, 40 to catch the peak.

Like the others say, the last two can age for a very (!) long time. For the champagne, I don’t realy know. If you want to drink it as a champaign, probably not to long, but 5 more years seem doable to me as well, as it is a vintage wine, wich in general are better quality.

    * Roederer NV – drink now or anytime until 2030. If you keep it longer that’s fine too.
    * Tignanello – drink between 2030-2050, can age longer if you’re into very mature reds
    * Molitor TBA – anywhere up to your favourite grandkids’ 50th wedding anniversary
    * Dr. Hermann Eiswein – usually intended for drinking fairly young with the greatest purity of fruit, but Riesling icewine actually ages very beautifully for many decades
