Back in February, I took the trip of a lifetime to Japan. Exhausted, wet, and hungry, we stumbled on Ramen no Bombo in Kyoto, a small ramen and fried chicken restaurant.
The meal was out of this world! You can’t go wrong with fried chicken. I’m not sure if they use potato starch for their breading, but it was crispy and fantastic. The Spicy Miso Ramen was unmatched all trip. I tried to hit 10 bowls of ramen while in Japan, and bowl #1 was crowned the winner. Plus, it was raining for 2 days and a hot bowl of soup was the answer.
