First time working in a pizza place. Gaining confidence.
I'm on sandwiches, sides, and salads but they occasionally let me make some of the pizzas. This one was for myself. Pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers, jalapenos, red onion. Felt pretty good about it.

Best way to learn is to make stuff for yourself. You don’t really care if you mess it up, so you can take risks and learn. That looks like a good pie, friend, keep it up and the muscle memory will follow!

Looks good. Well done, chef

This looks great. But if come to the point where you are cooking for others, make sure you exaggerate the toppings more. If it’s a mushroom onion sausage pizza, make sure every component is visible. People eat with their eyes first, as I’m sure you know chef. Great looking pizza though.

Fuck yea! I first learned pizzas as a prep food cook at Wholefoods and I’ve been making them for myself for the past 7 or so years out of my own shitty conventional ovens. That’s a good looking pie though.
Keep it up. I will say, take what you’re doing there seriously. There’s a lot to learn from food service in those types of places.

Thank you, I like my pizzas well done and you freaking nailed it.

its a good looking cook but why are all the toppings under the cheese?

looks good but I would definitely put the toppings above the cheese so they get nice and toasty and crunchy. You dont want soggy peppers and onions going on when you eat it

Less baking please. This is not presentable

Not a bad attempt. It’s so hard getting the crust thin enough. Try for a third of what you have. Good luck!

Others have said it but yeah if you are making pizza for customers take care to make the toppings visible. The cheese and crust on this pie are incredible though, especially for a relatively new pizza baker.
