24m, 195lbs 6'2 but i dont feel hungry to eat more should I be worried?
Around 1000 calories and 100g protein, less than 100g carbs

Some days we’re less hungry than other days and that’s not a cause for concern. However, at a bare minimum you should be eating 1900-2000 calories a day just based of your age, sex, and height. And that number is just for daily bodily functions, not for losing weight or body composition. Eating more foods that are higher in fats can help you to hitting a higher calorie goal while not being larger in volume/filling you up.
