    I used this recipe from The Vegan Bakery by Zacchary Bird: https://www.zaccharybird.com/pampushky

    I took it easy on the garlic on top but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. They are so good and were really fun to make! I was skeptical that the aquafaba would be fully absorbed but it did after resting for 15 minutes or so.
