Louis – ELIMINATED- 25 mistakes, 18 service mistakes (didn't try Trev's dish, dish made chef spit, one of the worst dishes chef has ever seen, lost the point, golf shot too far during reward, raw fish in the pass delayed his team because he panicked, got order wrong and only had one pork leaving chef to wait in the pass, burnt pork, customers waited because of him, delay at the marriage proposal couple's table, overloaded with meat, cut the pork raw and walked out with them in his hands like a pig to talk to sous chef Scott instead of putting them in a frying pan or in the oven, raw chicken in pass made him get kicked out of the kitchen, said he would put his hand in the fryer if chef asks, eliminated because chef would only trust him to toast a marshmellow)
Boris – 10 mistakes, 5 service mistakes (didn't try Trev's dish, lost the point, missed his golf shot and was swinging his club like a samurai on reward, started washing dishes at the worst possible moment, irritated chef and he was sent out of the kitchen to wash dishes, he was actually kicked after)

The Worst Service of This Season Easily Even Raj was Eliminated Blue Team was Even Worse and on The Red Team they weren't Even Better Either and Despite Completed All The Tickets They were Kicked Out the Kitchen With the Blue Team a Complete Cluster F of a Service as This is the Reason why Season 8 is the Least Talented Cast in Hell's Kitchen History.

What Sabrina did to Gail this episode was simply unforgivable. Out of everyone on the Red team, Sabrina picked the literal sweetest person as her sabotage victim.
And of course Ms. “Sushi is Chinese Food” (aka Jillian) was on board with that. Disgusting.
I am really surprised Ramsay allows people to smoke at ALL during competition. It stinks up the dorms, smoke breaks cut into work time and exude laziness and low class, and it absolutely destroys your palate.
