Pork baked in spicy marinade
Tender and juicy pork, baked in the oven until golden brown, fills the kitchen with the aroma of herbs and spices. Ingredients:
Meat (pork, beef or lamb) – 1-2 kg
Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves, or dry.
Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Salt and pepper – to taste
Paprika, rosemary, thyme – to taste
Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.

Meat preparation:
Rinse the meat and dry with a paper towel.
Marinate the meat in a marinade of salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and thyme.
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the baking sheet with the meat in foil in the oven and bake for 1.5-2 hours. Roasting time depends on the type and size of meat. The larger the piece, the longer it will take.
15-20 minutes before cooking, you can unroll the foil so that the meat and vegetables get a golden brown crust.
