You're meals look so delicious the one reason I have never succeeded at loosing weight keeping it off is I don't know how to eat healthy or prepare healthy meals coming from the south raised on fatty fried meals and then eating out fast food most of my adult life great tips definitely takes a lot of discipline and motivation people will try and sabotage you best not tell anyone you're goals people sadly don't like to see people prosper better themselves.

  3. Another thing about gaining or reinstatement of self discipline through weight loss/working out is that your tolerance for bullshyt becomes ultra thin. Because you have a certain standard to meet in your journey, the bandwidth for things that dont help meet that goal become increasingly less important. Great content 👌🏾

  8. You mentioned being called a whale after having your baby boy…. That’s horrible! I had a baby boy and I’m just trying to figure out how to get my core together. The C-section makes me feel as if my guts are going to fall out and I use to be able to max out on my sit-ups. I appreciate your video. Does anyone have any advice or no of anyone who has had a c-section?

    I struggle with knowing what a healthy lifestyle looks like. I grew up in a household where we ate out a lot and when we cooked they weren’t healthy meals… they were good but weren’t healthy. A lot of my family is heavier and I’ve been plus size my entire life. I am really looking for a lifestyle change. I’ve tried so many different ways and quick fixes that worked but weren’t sustainable. I am currently looking forward to taking the steps to actually change and make it permanent.
