So, I was told by the cashier at the P. Terry's on Congress Avenue (downtown) that they were no longer accepting the coupon code for free fries for doing the survey. I asked further if it was just that location, and the cashier said "it's all locations." Can anyone confirm this? I know the fries aren't much, but I did do the survey.

Also, I was told at the same visit (by the same cashier) that the veggie burger was made with mozzarella cheese. They were insinuating it was bovine-sourced cheese. I looked on www.Fooducate.com and it says "non-dairy mozzarella". Fooducate is a reliable source, right?

If anyone can confirm these things, that'd be great. Besides these questions, P. Terry's has dutifully answered my need for a tasty lunchtime meal! They are great 🍔🍟

Dang sucks if true, I’ve probably saved at least $50 in fry money by doing those receipts.

I’m not sure about the reliability of that cashier for any information about coupons or food ingredients, but according to P. Terry’s, the burger contains egg and dairy (I assume bovine-sourced dairy).

    From the P Terry’s website:

    Veggie Burger

Served with lettuce, tomato, and special sauce.

Created by Austin Chef Andrew Brooks, our veggie patty begins with brown rice, cremini mushrooms simmered in cream, black beans, oats, onions, cheddar cheese and fresh cut parsley. Baked in our ovens and never frozen, this award-winning recipe may be the best veggie burger in town.

Veggie patty contains egg, gluten, dairy | Bun contains gluten & soy | Cheese contains soy, dairy | Special Sauce contains egg

Never was aware of that deal. ❤️P. Terry’s fries with the skins on. I carry my own seasoned salt to put on them.

OP, I think P. Terry’s may (or used to?) have a vegan version of their veggie burger available at Whole Foods. Maybe that’s the one on Fooducate.

Does anyone know if they changed their veggie burger recipe? I was selected to test a new veggie burger recipe like a year ago, was told by the former CEO that I would hear back for more testing but never heard anything else and now he’s no longer with the company. I voted no on the new recipe tho so I’m wondering if the other testers did too so they ditched the idea.

  6. Their frozen veggie burgers at WF were dairy free/began (don’t know if they still carry them) but the ones at actual p terrys have dairy. It’s annoying. 🙁

OP, what are you looking for here? Just more info on ingredients? Are you confusing vegetarian with vegan? Are you just wanted to spread the word that there’s dairy in it?
