Got ⅓ of a pork loin going in the rotisserie. Smoking with cherry and pecan at ~250F for an hour. Then going direct at ~350F with a jalapeño peach glaze til done.

    What rotisserie are you using? Trying to find one that fits. Also what size egg do you have? I feel like my large egg is too small for rotisserie
