  1. I really appreciate these beginner videos. I have grilled chicken thighs all three ways and I prefer the offset smoker overall if I have the time. So, I usually use the charcoal grill with wood chunks added. I also get the boneless skinless thighs, too.

    Thank you for all you do Susie. Your recipes are Delicious!!!
    I am salt sensitive as many people are. Would love it if you could make a line of low sodium sauces & rubs if that is feasible for you to do. Maybe you could ask people on one of your videos if people would have an interest in low sodium alternatives.

  5. You just can't beat the crispy skin on a high temperature grill. Best part of the chicken so i always use bone in thighs but use boneless, skinless thighs for indoor cooking in things like Thai and sometimes in Indian cooking. They have a nice texture and flavour.

  6. Great information, as always! While avocado oil works very well, in my opinion spraying with duck fat is even a better option.
