    The Recipe:

    Ingredients:
    • 1 can chickpeas
    • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
    • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (+ Extra sweetener if desired, I use Equal)
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • Pinch of salt
    • 20g Vegan Choc buttons

    1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
    2. Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor until smooth.
    3. Roll into 9 balls, flatten slightly.
    4. Press 2 buttons into the top of each cookie
    5. Bake at 180c for about 12 minutes.

    >”Oh gross do they taste like chickpeas?!”

    If you eat them hot straight from the oven, you can kind of taste the chickpea a *little* bit? (Maybe it’s in the steam?) But if you let them cool completely you’d NEVER know these aren’t real flour cookies. The entire recipe is 432 calories and since there’s no eggs in it either, perfectly safe to eat as cookie dough as well!
