
I signed up for this promotion of getting a free caraway pan with the delivery of 3 boxes. After getting my third box, I reached out to hello fresh to ask how to get my free caraway pan and they sent me a google doc to fill out with my customer id #, my full name, email address and top 2 choices of the pan I’d like. The form said that after I submitted it, I’d hear from caraway within 14 days by email on how to redeem my free pan and get it shipped to me. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted hello fresh because I had yet to hear from caraway. They escalated the issue to caraway and said I’d hear back within 24-48 hours. I then contacted hello fresh again after waiting 3 days because I hadn’t heard from caraway yet. At this point, I’ve called and spoken to 4 different customer service reps trying to get this resolved. Is anyone else having this issue? And if so, how did you get it resolved? Should I be contacting caraway directly? I just want my free pan already or a refund for the boxes at this point because I wouldn’t even have signed up for the promo had it not been for the free pan. I just don’t think that we as the customer should have to take the time and effort to keep calling in/emailing this many times and get the run around to redeem this promotion. Super frustrated and would appreciate any help/advice on the matter 🫶🏼 Thx

I would definitely reach out to caraway and see if they have information on their side. I’m of no help other than that suggestion.
