Can someone help explain to me what went wrong with my cookies? 😣
When I first made them, I noticed a little colour bleed (I decorated via wet on wet, except the veins). Now a few days later, the colours not only bled worse, but faded. What did I do wrong?

Ugh I hate colour bleeding with white icing. We’ve all been there. It can happen when you use a lot of or too much food dye, especially with the wet-on-wet technique like you used here. It helped me to use white food dye in my base icing. (except for black icing, never use it as a base for black icing… trust me ._.) Other option would be to make designs that aren’t wet on wet. Bleeding can still happen then but usually not to this degree. They still look spooky though! Love it 🙂
