Hello, I have a bag of this and was wondering if there were any easy soup recipes for it? I just got my gallbladder removed and can't do spicy (for now) and would like to make soup (low fat as well). Second question, of the date of expiration is August, would you still eat it? I bought a new one just in case. Thanks!!
