This is a finished pressure canned quart of turkey broth. Any insight of what the dark liquid/bits are at the top? Is it safe? Sealed just fine.

I’m really curious on your method of making this. It’s pretty opaque, mine are golden translucent.
Wondering if that’s bits of the meat or marrow that cooked/ crusted at the top
