what is ruining my tomatoes?

can anyone help me identify what is happening to my tomatoes? it seems like some sort of infection, but I don’t know what is causing it and/or how to prevent it from spreading to the rest of the crop! doesn’t seem like the plants are affected, just the fruit itself… any help is much appreciated!
