    Note: I do measure most ingredients but I tend to round up to the nearest 10 calories or ballpark guess/eyeball lower calorie things like greens, celery, etc. I’m not on a super strict diet, just trying to drop a few pounds I gained while recovering from an injury, so I just round to even numbers to keep the math easier for myself.

    6:15 AM Coffee: 100
    – 2 cups of coffee with Oatly apple crumble creamer

    8:15 AM: 200
    – Sourdough toast (70)
