Sorry. Those don’t look particularly fine to me. See [the master at work](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMA2SqaDgG8) or use a box grater. Those are too big for “fine” and all sorts of different sizes.

These aren’t fine… and really uneven. Just buy a sharp knife and learn proper technique. Saves money on unique kitchen gadget clutter that work no where near as good and most of the times make it look like this.
