I hadn’t thrown the cast iron on there to cook with the meats before and it worked out perfect!

For the mushrooms I added them in dry to cook out all that excess moisture (which I poured over the turkey as it cooked for that umami bomb). Then just butter, salt and pepper

The kebabs were ground turkey, peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, cinnamon, allspice
